Safety & Compliance
The safest load is the one that's planned right.
Our goal is zero accidents. We pursue it with qualified drivers, maintained equipment, realistic dispatch planning, and a dedicated safety and compliance team that holds everyone, including management, to the same standard.
Our Approach
Six commitments behind every dispatch.
Driver qualification
Every driver holds a valid CDL and medical certificate, passes pre-employment drug and alcohol testing, and has a complete driver qualification file reviewed by our safety team.
Onboarding & training
New drivers go through orientation on company policies, cargo securement, and safe operating practices before their first dispatch, with ongoing coaching after.
Hours-of-service
Electronic logging devices record driving time. Dispatch plans loads around legal hours, never the other way around.
Inspection & maintenance
Documented pre- and post-trip inspections plus scheduled preventive maintenance keep equipment roadworthy.
Insurance & cargo protection
We maintain liability and cargo insurance as required for interstate carriers. A current certificate of insurance is available on request.
Continuous improvement
Incidents and near-misses are reviewed, not hidden. Lessons go back into training, dispatch planning, and maintenance.
Regulatory Compliance
Fully transparent. Verify us yourself.
