FAQ

Straight answers.

Do you guarantee a number of loads or weekly earnings?

No. No carrier can honestly guarantee freight volume. We'll share the lanes and freight we currently have available so you can make an informed decision.

Can I choose my lanes and home time?

Tell us your preferences on your inquiry. Dispatch works with owner-operators on lane and home-time preferences, and we'll be upfront about what we can and can't accommodate.

Are there any hidden fees or deductions?

Every deduction is listed in your written agreement and itemized on each settlement. If it's not in the agreement, it's not on your settlement.

Do I need my own authority?

Tell us on your inquiry whether you currently run under your own authority. Our team will explain the options that fit your situation before you make any decision.
